What is a "Voucher Code"?

A “Voucher Code” is your confirmation of purchase that can be used with the vendor of the specific golf deal you claimed.

When you purchase a “Voucher Code” you are simply buying the golf deal at a cheaper price than offered direct through the golf course or golf business.

How long does it take to receive my "Voucher Code"?

Instantly! Moments after completing the order process you will receive an order confirmation email. Your “Voucher Code(s)” will be attached to this email.

How do I use my "Voucher Code"?

If you purchased a golf deal that includes a round of golf you simply hand in your “Voucher Code” to the cashier as payment for your round.

If you purchased a golf deal that is for a specific product no “Voucher Code” is needed and your product will automatically ship to your selected destination.

Can I give my "Voucher Code" to someone else?

Yes. A “Voucher Code” can be used by anyone regardless of who it was issued to.

I would like to give a SOCAL Golfer Deal as a gift; is the price displayed anywhere on the "Voucher Code"?

Great idea! A “Voucher Code” makes a great gift for any golf lover, and no, the price does not appear anywhere on the ticket.

What do I need to bring to the course for a tee time or stay and play package deal?

Bring a printed copy of your “Voucher Code”, your clubs and of course your game face.

I did not receive an email order confirmation. What should I do?

Most likely the order confirmation ended up in your junk mail, so we recommend checking there first. To avoid this problem in the future please add info@socalgolfer.org to your address book.

If you don’t find the order confirmation in your junk mail, please contact us and we will resend the order confirmation.

Can I order by phone?

Every course has its own individual rain check policy. Please check with the golf course to find out what happens in the event your game is rained out.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the fact that we sell discounted golf deals that are valid over set periods of time, we are unable to provide refunds.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

I’m having a problem ordering from your website. What should I do?

Contact us and we will take your order via email or by phone.

What do I do if I accidentally entered in wrong shipping information for my item purchased?

If you find that you’ve accidentally input the wrong shipping information for your SOCAL Golfer Deals item please contact us immediately either via email or phone.

In the instance that your item has already shipped we may need to collect additional payment to resend your item and may need to wait for the failed attempt to be returned to us before resending.
